Customer Privacy
Information you provide
We use your email address for your account, and your name, membership choice and required mobile number for your profile, tournament registration and locker renewal contact. Staff may record your locker number and expiry date. You must sign up or sign in and complete your details before viewing table availability. Customer signup requires acknowledgement of this notice.
How information is used
Authorised staff can view customer details to manage tournaments and customer enquiries. Tournament registration details are not publicly listed. Account information is stored through Lovable Cloud; Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it.
Marketing choices
Promotional emails and tournament news are optional. You can change your preference in My Account at any time. If you receive a marketing email, use its unsubscribe link to stop those emails.
Access, corrections and deletion
You can update your name, phone number and marketing preference in My Account. Deleting a customer account removes its profile and tournament registrations from this app. Any previously exported customer list or information held outside this app needs a separate deletion request.
